Latisse
We now have Latisse here in the office. As many of you know, Latisse is the FDA approved medication that helps eyelashes grow. There aren't many things that I can say I can almost guarantee that they work for everyone, but Latisse is one product that does. I have not had a single report from a patient of a failure with this product.
Latisse is easy to use. You just apply a small amount to your upper eyelid nightly--just where you would apply eyeliner. Latisse has been FDA-approved for the upper eyelids only. You'll begin to see a significant change about 30-45 days after starting it. The change will persist for as long as you use the Latisse. If you stop using it, you'll slowly go back to normal eyelash growth. For myself, I noticed this after about 30 days of discontinuing the product.
Latisse costs $129 (including tax). The FDA packaged kit will last a month but my staff members will have suggestions for lengthening use of the kit to 45-60 days. Just give us a call.
Because Latisse is an FDA-approved medication, you do need to receive it from a licensed physician or practitioner. This cannot be purchased over-the-counter.
